Site Conduct Rules

The following is prohibited on the forblitz.ru website, in the ForBlitz mobile app, and across all products of the ForBlitz ecosystem:

Respect & communication

• Personal and group insults; degrading the dignity of people based on gender, sexual orientation or religion; and other topics incompatible with generally accepted standards of morality and decency.
• Discrimination and the promotion of discrimination at any level, including national, racial, religious, ethnic and sexual.
• Any other forms of provocative behaviour.
• Discussion of contemporary politics as knowingly conflict-provoking. Reducing military-historical discussions to current political topics is also prohibited.
• Provoking violations of the game rules, the licence agreement or other rules.

Propaganda & prohibited content

• Political and religious propaganda.
• Promotion of drugs and psychotropic substances.
• Any manifestations of Nazism or nationalism, incitement of inter-racial, inter-ethnic or inter-faith discord and hostility, and calls for the violent overthrow of power.
• Posting pornographic or erotic materials, or links to them.
• Distributing information that is directly or indirectly linked to organizations, historical or political figures convicted by international tribunals or recognized as terrorist, publicly dangerous and illegal. Among other things, the use of Nazi symbols, terms and designations (for example, “SS”), as well as the names of the corresponding historical figures, constitutes a violation.

Accounts, fraud & personal data

• Discussion of methods for cracking protection and any illegal ways of bypassing the protection of software products.
• Attempts to impersonate a developer, an official of the game projects, or a representative of the project administration.
• Messages about buying, selling or exchanging accounts.
• Begging (requests to transfer real money, in-game gold, in-game valuables, etc.) in any form.
• Soliciting or extorting personal information, including logins and passwords for accounts or email.

Advertising & spam

• Any messages of an advertising nature.
• Using the site or modifications to transmit unauthorized information, including without limitation uninformative messages, unwanted mail, spam and any materials that promote malware, spyware and downloadable elements.

Modifications

• Viewing of modifications marked 18+ by persons under the age stated in the modification. All other modifications (like the ForBlitz app itself) carry a 12+ age rating.
• Distribution of prohibited modifications is forbidden.
• Using the site and modifications, or parts of them, for commercial purposes.

Security & law

• Taking part in any actions that forblitz.ru deems, at its discretion, to be in conflict with the principles of the agreement or with the intended use of the product or related services, including but not limited to misleading or manipulation in relation to this agreement and the site rules.
• Using the site and modifications, intentionally or unintentionally, in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or facilitating the violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Destroying, disabling, helping or contributing to the destruction or disabling of any computer or server used to support the site, the modifications and related services.
• Organizing, assisting in or taking part in any kind of attack, including without limitation the distribution of viruses, denial-of-service attacks against the product or the game environment, and other attempts to disrupt the provision of services.
