This personal data processing policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and defines how personal data is processed and the measures taken to keep personal data secure by Yurii Nikolaevich Bondaruk (hereinafter — the Operator) on the website https://forblitz.ru (hereinafter — the Website).
1.1. The Operator regards respect for the rights and freedoms of individuals when processing their personal data — including the protection of the right to privacy and to personal and family confidentiality — as the most important goal and condition of carrying out its activities.

2.8. Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User of the Website;
2.9. User — any visitor to the Website;
2.10. Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons;
2.11. Distribution of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or at familiarizing an unlimited circle of persons with personal data, including publishing personal data in the mass media, posting on information and telecommunications networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way;
2.12. Destruction of personal data — any actions as a result of which personal data is irretrievably destroyed with the impossibility of further recovery of the content of the personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which the material carriers of personal data are destroyed.
3.1. Data provided when creating an account on the site — Login (the Login is the user’s identifier on the site and is visible to other users), Email address;
3.2. User data (location information; OS type and version; browser type and version; device type and its screen resolution; the source the user came to the site from; from which site or which ad; OS and browser language; which pages the user opens and which buttons they click; IP address);
3.3. The site also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including “cookie” files) using web statistics services (Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics, and others).
3.4. The data listed above is hereinafter referred to in the Policy by the general term Personal data.

The security of the personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of the applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection.

7.2. The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with applicable law.

7.4. The term of processing of personal data is unlimited. The User may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data using the “Delete account” button in the account dashboard of the Site at https://forblitz.ru/profile/.

8.2. The Operator has the right to change the Policy.
